Nostalgia
For some reason it was really hard to come back. Not because of school, or leaving family, but leaving behind the friends and Blake as I came back to New York was really tough. I became quite accustomed to Blake's and my daily routines, our planning dinners, our talking about our lives together, about vacation plans, and even arguing over directions, food, or other mundane things. I miss waking up to him every morning, and falling asleep next to him every night. Its so hard to be away from him.
Then I saw some old friends while I was in california, Krista and Shane! That was awesome! Krista came and hung out with me on my bday, and on our trip to San Diego, and with my family to celebrate my bday, that was so great! I miss hanging out with her all the time like we used too. driving around in her Bronco Saturday nights "looking" for something to do, but we would just drive around for hours listening to the music and talking. Such a great friend! Then Shane's back, well, back in California, and it was so good to see him! He came to my families bbq and stayed for a brief, but wonderful visit. I hope that I get to see him more, he's such a great friend to talk to, and who always calls out my bullshit whenever I am avoiding something. Thats what friends are for!
I love you all.
I miss Blake so much.
oh, and Mattie played in the snow today, well kinda, I think she is getting used to it. :)

And I'm Back
I got back to New York last night, after traveling for over 12 hours. That was exciting, lemme tell ya! ooh, our first plan to Texas, I swear the pilot just received his pilots license, becuase that jack ass did not know how to fly that plane! (okay, granted he did a much better job than I did, but still). Dropping altitude all of a sudden then quickly gaining altitude, then sweeping the plane from side to side, I swear, Kristin and I were going to throw up, if it weren't for the walk through the airport once we landed. But I'm back, and it does feel good to get back, see Mattie, Trish, and Buster, and to sleep in my bed, empty the suitcases, and put away all my clothes. It felt good. I also drove my car today, that was fun, it almost didn't start, but after cleaning off the snow and ice, and warming her up-she ran fine. I even ran into Megan on the way to the store and got to hang out with her for a few hours. Tons of fun!!! Although, I am sad. I miss Blake a ton, and its hard to fall asleep without him. Its funny how easy it was to fall back into a routine with him, and spend my days and nights with him-on the west coast or the east coast, it really doesnt matter. I think I cried pretty much the whole trip home, I'm really glad that Kristin was there, she was able to take my mind off of leaving him, so whenever I would start to tear up, she would make me laugh or change the subject. It was great having a friend with me as we flew to the east coast. My last 4 days in California were the best. Spending time at Disneyland with some of my favorite people. Driving down the coast to San Diego with great friends, and having a bbq at my moms house for my bday with family and friends (old and new) really topped off my vacation. And now Im here, in New York, ready to work and ready to start school again, and ready to see my new friends out here b4 school starts. That makes me excited. And Mattie hasn't left myself since I got home. :)
Well, I will be back in California in March so I hope I can see those of you that I wasnt able to see this time.
Cheers!

I used my air conditioning the other day
Well...I am on vacation and loving it. My average sleep in time is 10am, and yesterday I played Fable II, sigh, for 4 hours and it was wonderful! I have spent wonderful time with Blake, my family and few friends. Those longer distances away from Tustin I have not seen yet, since I do not have a vehicle I feel comfortable driving long distances in, oh well... I've been to Palm Springs, broke a French Press, and watched Blake take a picture of "Gay Morgages" (he's cute I know). I've been to one movie and I going to another one tonight. New Years was amazing, probable the best one I have ever had, and Christmas was nice also. My birthday is next week and I will be going to Disneyland with a friend from NY and other special friends! Then off to drinks and join those who didn't want to go to disneyland, shame on them! haha, just kidding. I've spent time with my two grandmas, Pat and Pat :) and tomorrow I am off to spend time with my mom. While I miss New York, Mattie, Buster, Trish (yup another Pat, she just goes by Trish, :) ) and my fabulous friends that I have out there, it is nice being in california. I am doing homework too! I am almost finished with my first book, just in time to read the other one when I get back to NY. All in all a successful vacation.
Hit me up if you wanna hang while im in cali, and if you wanna hang once we're back in NY
(oooh, there will be a joint bday celebration with cougs when Kristin and I get back to NY FYI)
Cheers, I'll post pictures once I get them. :)
